Q: Are there any presales?
A: No, the tickets/experiences will be go directly to general public onsale on Friday 5th May.

Q: Are there any ticket limits?
A: Yes, there is a ticket/experience limit of 10 per transaction.

Q. Are there Meet & Greet experiences available?
A. No, not on this tour. 

Q: Will I need a Ticketek (Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide & Perth) or Ticketmaster (Auckland) account to purchase tickets?
A: Yes. The ticket/experience transaction takes place via Ticketek for Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide & Perth shows and Ticketmaster for the Auckland show.

Q: Can I only purchase online?
A: You can purchase online at or OR via the phone - Ticketek 132 849 or Ticketmaster NZ -  (+64) 0800 111 999 OR via an outlet (except for Experiences which can only be purchased online or via the phone)

Q: Can I purchase Special Needs or Wheelchair seating?
A: Yes, however these must be purchased over the phone via the ticketing agent. Details can be found on the event purchase page.

Q: I’ve purchased the wrong tickets or experience – can I return them or exchange for others?
A: No. Please ensure you check your ticket or experience selection prior to completing your purchase, as all sales are final.

Q: What are set times?
A: Set times are not available at this time. These will become available much closer to the time of the show.  

Q: Who is supporting?
A: Dua Lipa is supporting the tour.

Q: Where are my tickets?
A: Please refer to the relevant ticketing website to see where your tickets are. The event page that you purchased off will have a corresponding map.

Q: Can I take a camera?
A: Yes. Point and click cameras and phone cameras are fine, however photography with professional cameras with detachable lenses and video recording is strictly prohibited.

Q: Will Bruno Mars be adding more shows?
A: At the moment the only shows that are scheduled are the ones found on our website. Keep and eye on our website for any possible extra shows.

Q: Is there an age limit on the tour?
A: No, all ages are welcome. However, all patrons do need a valid ticket regardeless of age. An adult must accompany any under 18s into the 24K Pre-show Experience.

Q: If I purchase a VIP Experience, when will I know the details of when and where to turn up for the benefits?
A: Please ensure the contact details you provide at point of purchase are up to date. These will be the details used to communicate all VIP package information. Check-in location and time information will be emailed out by VIP Nation approximately 7 days prior to show day.  If you have not received this 5 days before the show please contact us immediately at

Q: What if someone else purchased the package for me?
A: Proof of purchase (confirmation email) will be required in order to check-in and receive your package benefits. If someone else purchased it for you then they will need to supply you with a copy of the proof of purchase and the VIP info email which they should receive approx. 7 days prior to the show.

Q: Is there a special roped off section on the floor for my Early Entry Experience?
A: No - Early Entry entitles you to access the floor to get a great position in front of the stage a few minutes before the General Public are allowed onto the floor, there is no special sectioned off area.

Q: Can I get a refund on my Bruno Mars Experience?
A: NO REFUNDS will be given under any circumstances except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation.

Q: Will the Souvenir Bruno Mars tour laminate + lanyard be posted out to me?
A: No, it will only be available for pick-up the night of the show.
