Hidden Disabilities Sunflower 

Rod Laver Arena is a Sunflower-friendly venue. Staff are trained to recognise the symbol and assist guests with non-visible disabilities. 

 

Sensory & Quiet Rooms 

Although there is no dedicated Sensory Room at Rod Laver Arena, the venue has partnered with KultureCity to assist guests with sensory needs.

ABOUT

Pierce The Veil may have started out in 2006 as a scrappy post-hardcore band, but today the San Diego trio are a staple of modern rock. Across five albums, they’ve evolved into an innovative act drawing as much from Muse as they do My Chemical Romance. Their 2023 record The Jaws Of Life featured the #1 Alternative Radio hit “Emergency Contact” and marked a bold creative shift, blending emo roots with ‘90s alt-rock influences like Stone Temple Pilots and Soundgarden.

Their album The Jaws Of Life includes standout tracks like “Pass The Nirvana” and “Flawless Execution,” and features Third Eye Blind’s Brad Hargreaves on drums. A new deluxe edition adds two bonus tracks: the tender “Kiss Me Now” and a heavy, reimagined cover of Radiohead’s “Karma Police,” originally arranged for a Like A Version session in Australia.

Known for their tight chemistry, the band recently sold out Madison Square Garden and three nights at the Kia Forum, all while staying grounded through projects like the Living The Dream Foundation, led by frontman Vic Fuentes. The Jaws Of Life represents a creative rebirth for Pierce The Veil—one rooted in risk-taking, reinvention, and reconnecting with their purpose.
