Please remember tickets go on sale in the time zone of the venue you are purchasing for — not your personal time zone.

To participate in the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE, you must have an ARMY MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL) and register for the Presale on Weverse by Wednesday, 27th May at 1pm AEST. 

Make sure you have a Ticketmaster Account. If you do not have a Ticketmaster Account, please create one prior to the day of the Presale.

Head to weverse.io to register. Registrations close on Wednesday, 27th May at 1pm AEST. 

If you register for the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE in Australia, you'll be able to access tickets for all shows in both Melbourne and Sydney.

Only ARMY MEMBERSHIP (GLOBAL) holders who have registered for the ARMY MEMBERSHIP PRESALE on Weverse, will be eligible to purchase tickets during the presale.

When it’s your turn to shop, your ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER (starting with BA+9 digits) will be required to unlock the tickets. There is no additional presale code needed.

Please save your ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER somewhere easily accessible so you can reference it quickly during the sale.

ONLY your GLOBAL Membership number will be validated.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Open the Weverse app and open BTS Weverse

2. Tap the “Membership” icon

3. Click on “View Membership Details” under your “ARMY MEMBERSHIP” to access your mobile membership card

4. Find your 9-digit ARMY MEMBERSHIP NUMBER on the card starting with BA

5. For shows in Asia-Pacific, only the GLOBAL Membership will be eligible

Fans may purchase a maximum of four (4) tickets per show.

Please adhere to the published ticket limit. Persons who exceed the ticket limit may have any or all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Ticketmaster at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or any other information.

No. To access the GENERAL ONSALE, you may join the queue by signing into your Ticketmaster account.

Accessible car parking can be pre-booked via the Marvel Stadium website. Upon arrival, advise car park attendants that you require an accessible bay, and staff will assist.

Please note the accessible viewing platform is reserved seating and is available for use by patrons with visible and non-visible disability.

Marvel Stadium is an accredited sensory-inclusive venue, with Melbourne’s first onsite Sensory Room. Sensory bags are also available to hire for the duration of an event.

Complimentary sensory bags and items such as weighted lap pads and strobe glasses are available to hire for the duration of an event and are available from:

·       Accessible drop-off and pick-up zones are available along Dawn Fraser Avenue, access via Edwin Flack Avenue. A valid Mobility Parking Permit must be displayed.

·       General drop-off, rideshare, and taxi ranks are located on Herb Elliott Avenue.

·       Accessible car park shuttle services operate from 4:00pm on show days.

·       Visit the Sydney Olympic Park Website to pre-book car parks, find maps, road closures, and transport updates.

·       Allow extra travel time on event days.

All gates at Accor Stadium have accessible entrances.

Entry gates will be listed on your ticket; please use this gate for the most direct route to your seat.

Lift access is available for Levels 2–6 and staff assistance is required for Level 6 access.

There is reserved accessible seating available at this show, including an accessible viewing platform.
