PRE-SALES

How can I access pre-sales for Live Nation events?

For many Live Nation events you may be able to access tickets ahead of the general public by being a customer of one of our brand partners. Keep an eye out on our event pages for these partner pre-sales!

If you’re not eligible to access the partner pre-sales, you may then be able to purchase tickets through the My Live Nation pre-sale. This will still give you a chance before tickets go on general sale to everyone.

How do I purchase My Live Nation pre-sale tickets?

A My Live Nation pre-sale is when tickets are available online to registered Live Nation members before they go on general sale to everyone.

Ticket links will be available on our website when the pre-sale starts, there is no need for a pre-sale code. You just need to make sure you have an account with Live Nation (it’s free to register) and you’re logged in. When you are logged in, the top right-hand corner will say ‘My Live Nation’.

Pre-sale tickets are the same as those available in the general sale, they are just available earlier. We sometimes restrict the number of pre-sale tickets to make sure enough tickets are available for the general sale period.

Click here to register with Live Nation.

How can I get a pre-sale code?

Ticket links will be available on our website when the pre-sale starts, there is no need for a pre-sale code. You just need to make sure you have an account with Live Nation (it’s free to register) and you’re logged in. When you are logged in, the top right-hand corner will say “My Live Nation”.

TICKETING

Tips for getting tickets

  • Sign up to Pre-sales (Artist Fan Club & My Live Nation)
  • Most ticketing sites require a profile - if you already have one double check you know your password or reset them if need be!
  • Be ready at least ten minutes before a sale begins
  • Only use one browser per device as multiple tabs open on the same device confuses the site
  • Don’t refresh the page!
  • Have your payment method and information ready for a quick checkout

I'm not sure if my order went through

If you have a confirmation/order number but have not yet received a confirmation email, there is no need to worry. The fact that you have an order number usually signifies the booking has been successful. Please check the email address given is spelt correctly as this can lead to failure in receiving your confirmation email.

Please allow up to 72 hours for your order confirmation to arrive. If after this time you still have not received anything, please contact your ticket seller.

I haven't received my tickets!

From time to time a tour may have specific delivery requirements i.e. ticket printing may delay until a later date. These will be advised by the ticket agent at the time of purchasing your tickets.

Standard tickets

You may not receive your tickets until up to seven (7) days before the event. If your tickets have not arrived within the seven (7) days before the event, please contact your ticket seller directly. Live Nation does not distribute the tickets.

Collector tickets

Collector tickets are your actual ticket into the event and also serve as a treasured keepsake!  Because of this, they do take a little longer to arrive than standard tickets.  If your tickets have not arrived within ten (10) days of the event, please contact your ticket seller. Live Nation does not distribute the tickets.

Where can I purchase tickets?

You can purchase tickets on the Live Nation website, this will take you through to the authorised ticketing agency for that event. Tickets purchased via unauthorised reseller sites (Viagogo, eBay, Gumtree etc.) may not gain entry into the event and we do not encourage anyone to purchase via 3rd party agencies.

Help - I can no longer attend the show!

Please contact the ticketing agent to see if the tickets can be securely transferred to a family member or friend. We strongly suggest staying away from trying to re-sell your tickets online. No refunds will be given under any circumstances except in the case of concert/entire program cancellation. Please see the appropriate ticketing agency for full T&C’s.

I went to the ticketing site as soon as the sale started, why are there no tickets available?

Tickets can be sold extremely quickly so this is why you should give yourself as many chances as possible to get tickets (e.g. sign up to fan pre-sales and My Live Nation pre-sales).

When ticket buyers are successful in selecting tickets, these allocated tickets are put into a ‘holding status’. If the tickets are not paid for in the time frame given or are cancelled during this process the ‘holding status’ is removed and the tickets will be made available for purchase.

ACCESSIBILITY

Are accessible tickets available during pre-sales?

I have a companion card, how does this work?

Holders of a National or State issued Companion Card may request a companion ticket equivalent to the ticket type held by the Companion Card holder. Upon approval of request, the ticketing agency will issue Companions a complimentary ticket to the event to accompany a person with a disability. Please contact us at info@livenation.com.au and advise which show and date.

TOUR / SHOW

Where can I find stage times for a concert?

We will update our Website and Facebook page with the door and stage times once they have been finalised. The venue will also post this information once it is available.

What can I bring into a show?

Venues have strict allowances on what can be brought in due to patron safety. We encourage you to leave bags at home for quicker access to the show. Please also check with the venue directly on any restrictions or cloaking facilities they have.

Are cameras permitted?

It is up to the venues to decide what cameras are allowed.  The normal rule of thumb is, as long as they are amateur cameras (mobile phone cameras, non-SLR cameras, cameras without detachable lenses), they will be allowed in. However, we would recommend contacting the venue to avoid any disappointment.

What is a Live Nation Showbag?

Keeping venues and festivals safe is our priority, but with increased security we also want to make your journey to see your favourite artist a better experience.

The Official Live Nation Showbag is the all clear perfectly sized bag to get you through security checks at venues quickly – and more time on the dancefloor.

Please see more information here.

How can I find out about announcements of new or additional shows?

Our Website and Facebook page has all of the latest tour news, plus you can sign up to our newsletter to receive new announcements here.

Why is a tour not coming to my city?

There are many considerations that we take into account when planning a tour; the availability and capacity of venues, the schedule of the artist and economic viability. Despite our best efforts, it is not possible to include all cities on a tour itinerary.

How do I get media access to a show?

Media outlets may apply for official media accreditation on our Media site. Please note, whilst we endeavour to reply to all requests, due to the large volume of submissions we receive, only those that are successful will receive a response.
