Accessibility

TICKETS 

Accessible tickets for RAC Arena events will be available via Ticketek during all ticket onsales, including presales. A dedicated support line will be available to assist fans throughout the process.

Ticketek process accessible ticket requests in the order they are received. To ensure equity, all available accessible tickets will be held while the team review submitted requests. 

 

Accessible VIP packages are also available via the accessible booking form or by calling the accessibility phone line. If you are purchasing during a presale, standard presale requirements must still be met. 

 

WHAT’S AVAILABLE 

Parking 

  • Dedicated ACROD bays are available in the RAC Arena car park, next to the Suite/Mobility Entrance and lift on the Milligan Street exit. These provide direct access to the venue’s ground floor entries.  

  • Bays are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. 

 

Hidden Disabilities Sunflower 

RAC Arena supports the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program. 

  • For information or assistance, visit the information desk located in the main foyer on ground level.  

 

Quiet Room 

  • A purpose-built Quiet Room is located on Level 1, opposite Door 17. 

  • It offers bean bags, cuddle chairs, a calming water feature, and a safe space for those with sensory sensitivities. 

 

Audio Assistance 

  • RAC Arena uses a Wi-Fi-based hearing assistance system via your own mobile device. Visit the Information Desk on the ground floor for details. Please ensure your device is fully charged. 

  • Noise-excluding headphones are also available from the Information Desk.
