Back in the charts with his huge new single Survive, back in the headlines after his surprise and magnificent return to Glastonbury Festival and, this November and December, back on tour in New Zealand playing Christchurch & Auckland.

For people who purchased tickets to Lewis’s previously cancelled 2023 tour, a Past Ticket Holders Presale will go live on Thursday 10 July, 11am local until Monday 14 July, 11am local. If you have opted in to receive communications from Secret Sounds, and are a past purchaser, you will receive an email from Secret Sounds with information on access ahead of the presale.

The Secret Sounds members presale will occur Friday 11 July, 11am local until Monday 14 July, 11am local. Visit secretsounds.com to register.

Tickets will be available to the General Public to purchase from Monday 14 July, 12pm local.

Although there is no dedicated Sensory Room at Rod Laver Arena, the venue has partnered with KultureCity to assist guests with sensory needs.

Adelaide Entertainment Centre offers a number of accessible parking spaces close to the Centre’s entrances. These are clearly marked with the accessible parking symbol.

Please note, accessible parking is subject to availability at the time of booking, and standard parking rates apply. A valid Disability Parking Permit must be always displayed on vehicles. 

 

Drop-Off Areas 

Patrons with reduced mobility are welcome to be dropped by the entrance closest to their ticketed door number. To arrange this access, please speak to a team member at the Gate on arrival and they will direct you accordingly.

Sensory and Quiet Rooms 

Adelaide Entertainment Centre offers a dedicated Sensory Space in their Star Courtyard, accessible via The Orb Port Road entrance. 

Supported by the team from Novita, this space has been thoughtfully designed to provide a calming environment for anyone who needs to take a break from the sensory or social environment, before returning to enjoy the event. 

Adelaide Entertainment Centre’s Sensory Space is open to people of all ages at select events.  

Please note, guests under 18 must be always accompanied by a responsible adult.

Hearing Augmentation System 

Patrons who require hearing assistance can purchase seats in any area of the Arena or Theatre and have access to an FM audio system.   

Simply bring your analog FM receiver/headset and tune into 88.3FM for events in the Arena or 88.1FM for events in the Theatre.

Quiet Room 

  • A purpose-built Quiet Room is located on Level 1, opposite Door 17. 

  • It offers bean bags, cuddle chairs, a calming water feature, and a safe space for those with sensory sensitivities. 

 

Audio Assistance 

  • RAC Arena uses a Wi-Fi-based hearing assistance system via your own mobile device. Visit the Information Desk on the ground floor for details. Please ensure your device is fully charged. 

  • Noise-excluding headphones are also available from the Information Desk.
