Despite proudly hailing from Yorkshire in the UK, Mackenzy’s return to the region will be somewhat of a homecoming, given he spent much of the COVID-19 pandemic hunkered down in Auckland, New Zealand, from where he released his first records. 

Mackenzy has since made London his home, drawing inspiration from its vibrant music scene.
