Silence Wang is a Chinese singer-songwriter and producer. Recognised as one of the most influential figures in contemporary Mandopop, he ranks among the best-selling recording artists and highest-grossing touring musicians in Asia. Silence Wang debuted with his first studio album, Dreams Come True 慢慢等, on 19 November 2010, and has since released 11 full-length albums. With over 200 original songs to date, more than 100 have surpassed 10 million streams and over 1 million saves on the QQ Music platform, making him one of the most consistently prolific and impactful hitmakers in Chinese pop music since 2010. Renowned for his melodic craftsmanship, Silence Wang blends a wide range of genres - including hip-hop, rock, R&B, EDM, and synth-pop. In 2024, he released his 11th studio album, One Hundred Thousand Volts 十万伏特, a high-energy concept project that fuses cutting-edge electronic production with the melodic aesthetics of Mandopop.
